Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders on weekends or holidays might take longer.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

We are only operational and delivering locally withing the borders of UAE.

Deliveries to remote areas such as AUH/ western region will be done twice a week and the rates are 50AED per shipment.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

●      Shipping method: JEEBLY Standard
Shipment cost: 25 AED for max weight of 20kgs
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days

Damages

Khayyal Hub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us and we will investigate the issue to be sorted out for you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
